Self-guided tours "Reading the landscape"
The Royal Fortress of Chinon, a balcony over the town in the 18th century.
From the fortress, students are led to reflect on the landscape of the Vienne and its environment. They compare their observations with iconographic documents from the 18th century to understand the organization of daily life in Chinon on the eve of the Revolution.
Visit under the guidance of the teacher, with educational support provided.
